Bankruptcy
David Hallum case

David Hallum filed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy to get a clean start. A note against his property was voided.

David began his life a new. But little did he know, that a self proclaimed Real Estate Pirate had his sites on Hallum to make a a profit off him.

The stranger, Al Seastrand bought the erroneous note, and then filed a motion in the bankruptcy court to have the bankruptcy system help him get money from Hallum.

After all, this scheme worked in Sacramento when Seastrand pulled it off on a helpless woman he had been victimizing for over a decade. See that story of how Seastrand got a bankruptcy trustee and US Trustee to help with that plan.
