is the declaration filed Matthew Eason in response to the court
holding him and his buddy Al Seastrand in contempt for unethical
and illegal conduct in the bankruptcy system when they reopened
David
Hallum's old bankruptcy case in an attempt to get Hallum to pay
them for a deed of trust that had been voided and discharged
in Hallum's bankruptcy.
