Fraud is an emitional mugging. Its victims come from a variety of racial, religious, socioeconomic, educational age, and gender backgrounds.

Some swindlers target families that may have limited means or suffering financial difficulties, figuring such persons may be particularly desperate to a proposal that offers fast and large profits for the swindler.

While other crooks zero in on the wealthy and business owners aiming for a bigger haul.

Fraud is a generic term for White-Collar Crime. It has surpassed violent crimes in this country.

According to the FCC's survey, there is an 90 percent probability that you will be a fraud victim. WJFA polls across the country determined that there is a 99.3 percent probability you will be denied justice.
