Seastrand,
the Exploiter
John
T. Reed, a self-proclaimed real estate guru, endorses Al Seastrand
with the following verbiage posted on Reed's web site:
"Al
Seastrand single-handedly discovered, exploited, and destroyed
the assessment-district tax lien certificate approach in California.
He destroyed it by getting publicity about it which, in turn,
caught the attention of California legislators, who promptly
outlawed it."

Bee's news article dated July 5, 1994, for the real
story about what Seastrand did to the people that lost their
homes and businesses to Seastrand over water bills as low as
$75.

David
Hallum

David
Hallum filed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy to erase his debts and get
a fresh start.
Al
Seastrand had acquired the voided note against Hallum's property
and began dragging Hallum through an expensive legal battle.
In the end, Seastrand and his attorney Matthew Eason got away
with their actions against the victim by convincing the judge
it was an innocent mistake.

Stand

She's
a single, self supporting female. She never met Seastrand, didn't
know him, and is still dumb struck why this stranger choose her
for his "Little Adventure to get her home," Al Seastrand
wrote to his friend.
For
13 years, crime after crime piled up, and nothing stopped Seastrand.
Sacramento County District Attorney kept telling the victim it
wasn't their jurisdiction to stop him.

Seastrand,
the real estate pirate

Many
of the victims say they are still in shock at how it happened,
or could have happened. They lost their homes and or business
over a water bill as low at $75. They had no idea what happened
until the stranger, Al Seastrand, showed at their door claiming
he owned their property and the victims either had to buy it
back at an inflated price plus high interest, or get out.
